  • mayonnaise icon
    ⅓ cup (75 g) mayonnaise
  • tomato sauce icon
    2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce icon
    2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • brandy icon
    2 tsp brandy
  • chilli sauce icon
    1 tsp chilli sauce
  • peeled and deveined cooked king prawns icon
    200 g peeled and deveined cooked king prawns

    cut into 1cm pieces

  • celery stick icon
    1 celery stick

    thinly sliced

  • green onion icon
    2 green onions

    thinly sliced

  • hot dog roll icon
    2 hot dog rolls
  • butter icon
    Butter

    at room temperature

  • baby cos lettuce icon
    1 baby cos lettuce

    leaves separated

Instructions

  • 1Place the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brandy and chilli sauce in a bowl and whisk.
  • 2Add the prawns, celery and onions to the mayonnaise mixture and stir to combine.
  • 3Slice the hotdog rolls in half lengthwise, lightly spread with butter.
  • 4Place the rolls in the toaster with the cut side facing out. Select Crumpet and press Start to toast.
    Tip: Select your preferred toasting shade.
  • 5Line the base of each roll with lettuce leaves. Top with the prawn mixture, finish with the roll tops and serve.
