the Mexican Stand-Off
Ingredients
• 100ml Oaxacan
• 530ml chilled water
• The juice of half a grapefruit (80ml)
• The juice of ½ lemon or lime (40ml)
• Sammy Piquant cocktail salt
• Garnish: Slices of fresh lemon or lime
Method
1. Using the funnel, pour Sammy Piquant Oaxaca, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and a pinch of Sammy salt into Breville InFizz Bottle.
2. Add enough chilled water to fill the bottle to the minimum fill line.
3. Carbonate the contents carefully following the Breville instructions.
4. Pour some of the Sammy salt onto a plate.
5. Rub a lemon rind around the rim of four rocks glasses and rim with Sammy salt.
6. Fill the glasses with ice cubes and a slice of lemon or lime.
7. Pour the contents of the InFizz bottle into your glasses, garnish with a slice of lemon or lime, and serve.
