Kosuke is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.
He has deep experience across consumer goods, retail—including department stores and convenience stores—real estate, and manufacturing. He has supported clients on enhancing price-to-book ratio (PBR) performance, developing mid-term management plans, strengthening core brand strategies, and advancing customer-centric sales excellence.
Kosuke brings particular expertise in sales transformation grounded in customer loyalty (NPS®), with an emphasis on designing subscription-based sales models, standardizing sales approaches, and applying AI to boost sales productivity. Through these efforts, he helps organizations translate strategic priorities into sustainable growth.
He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in science from the University of Tokyo. Prior to joining Bain, he worked at a global strategy consulting firm.
