Raiko Shareef is a member of our Organisation and Performance Improvement practices.
Since joining Bain in 2016, Raiko has focused on large-scale transformations, with differential expertise in operating model & org design, enterprise agility, and enterprise technology.
Within Bain, Raiko is a leader of the Asian at Bain affinity group in Australia. He is also deeply involved in our social impact efforts.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from Victoria University of Wellington.
