Laurent Hermoye is the EMEA head of our Enterprise Technology practice.

He focuses on large-scale technology and AI-enabled business transformations, with a deep track record across consumer products. Laurent has advised more than 30 chief information officers from the top 60 global consumer goods companies, supporting their end-to-end transformations across consumer, customer, supply chain, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and M&A domains. He has led over five ERP programs as a business integrator and supported more than 10 process and technology integrations and separations. Laurent also works with IT organizations to transform their own functions through technology strategy, operating model redesign, performance improvement, and foundational upgrades to unlock AI potential.

Before stepping into his EMEA role, Laurent led the development and scaling of our Enterprise Technology hubs in Madrid, Mexico, and India. He also served as chairman of Enterprise Blueprints, Bain’s delivery capability across architecture, delivery management, and process excellence. Under his leadership, the group tripled in size in under two years before being fully integrated into Bain.

Prior to joining Bain, Laurent was a technologist at a global systems integrator, where he implemented SAP and Salesforce solutions. He holds a Master in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master in Finance from Solvay Business School.
