Pam Yee is the Managing Partner of our Washington DC Office and a leader in our Performance Improvement practice. Within Performance Improvement, she leads our CFO practice in the Americas. She has worked across multiple industries, with particular experience in Financial Services, Retail, and Higher Education.
Pam works with clients leading major cost and strategic transformations, aligning and optimizing org structure, operating model and back-office operations to the strategic ambition. Her specific areas of expertise include transformation, finance and legal function optimization, automation, operating model design, and change management.
Pam has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience. She has worked in Bain's San Francisco, Hong Kong, Atlanta and Washington DC offices. She is also the former Americas Chair of Women@Bain.
Beyond her roles at Bain, Pam is passionate about education. She actively supports Bain’s Social Impact practice and sits on the Boards of KIPP DC, the largest public charter management organization in DC, and Ithaka, a non-profit focused on preserving and providing access to academic journals and scholarship. She also previously worked in corporate strategy at Capital One and as the head of marketing and business development for an early-stage entrepreneurial venture.
Pam earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
