Roxie Bartholomew is a member of our Retail, Technology, Social Impact, and Sustainability practices.
Her work focuses on full potential growth strategy, operating model design, and large-scale transformation. She brings a background in technology commercialization, having previously worked on monetization as a Product Marketer at Facebook, where she led the launch of the Messenger chatbot and helped shape its broader commercialization strategy.
Beyond client work, Roxie leads our Bay Area Social Impact efforts and advises Bain’s non-profit organization, Inspire and Acumen Impact Program. She is also an advisory board member of Community Grows, a San Francisco–based nonprofit focused on garden education in low-income schools.
Roxie holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA in engineering and economics from Harvey Mudd College. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
