Mark has over 25 years’ experience consulting on B2B pricing, sales, and commercial strategy and is the Global Leader for Bain's B2B pricing solution. He has worked across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, semiconductors, high-tech capital equipment, software, and business services.
Mark is a recognized expert in developing value-based pricing programs and a co-author of Pricing with Confidence: Ten Ways to Stop Leaving Money on the Table. He is a sought-after expert on pricing, and his insights have appeared in The Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune Magazine, and SAP Press' 2022 book Business as Unusual with SAP: How Leaders Navigate Industry Megatrends.
Since joining Bain in 2018, Mark has advised clients across industries on pricing, commercial strategy, core growth, and developing pricing as a critical organizational capability. He has also contributed to numerous commercial due diligence efforts and post-acquisition full-potential value creation plans.
Prior to joining Bain, he co-founded one of the leading pricing consulting boutiques and led the pricing practice for another large consulting firm.
He holds an MBA from Boston University and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Union College.
